Deedlit Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 i just deleted the previous post with the zips, because i think its something goes wrong because works for me, so i redone the file/folder structure the right way, not the owner of texture way , so install that zip using nexus mod manager or with mod organizer, dnt copy and paste there, keep a backup of your original texture so you can alwalys back to how you like. i almost fixed the neck seam, still there but its necessary take a really close look to seen, because body and face textures are not same i cant do better of what i done, sorry. I also realize theres a weird seam texture (not a gap, but i guess when the owner of body texture made that hes dnt realize/ tested with intense light) at legs. Anyway you can check that at pics, i just tested that with 100% weight , dnt tested with others weights . (the weird texture at penis area its because SOS (penis effect) its not made to use with that texture, if you dnt use SOS dnt worry because that penis wil not comes with the texture i redone) Deedlit_Male_Textures_Redone.zip
Deedlit Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 neck gap is a problem with weight isn't it? Setweight 0 and adjust to your liking. sometimes gaps can be meshes (like you said) and sometimes textures, at worst cases both hahahahah, i really saw some worst cases lol wish not.
Deedlit Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 btw what mod body replacer are you using? just curious, im using dreamgirl for females, and sos for males.
gouaixir Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 how can i install it with nexus its only a folder not a mod ! how i install it when i have already the better males faces installed with nexus ?
gouaixir Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 and if i change weight it will not seem the different to my char ? from race menu i have the weight in ''1'' its the maximum ! what i must do ? i dont know to break my char upfor a lil gap
gouaixir Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 i made the redone folder in zip and i installed it with nmm but nothing changed ! :/ so i dont know how to make it work !
Deedlit Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 to install with NMM just need install like a new mod, open NMM(nexus mod manager) and click at option install new mod or something like that, but you can open the zip, and copy the textures over yours, i just made that (zip and asked to install with NMM to you avoid error at install), so keep in mind if you copy to wrong place that will not work, and the file i made its already a zip, you dnt need zip that again.
Deedlit Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 dnt worry about the weight of you char by now, its the texture the problem at your case, hes just said weight because sometimes its that.
Deedlit Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 open the zip ( Deedlit_Male_Textures_Redone.zip ) and paste that inside ...\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim , so that will ask if wanna overwrite the textures , say yes to all just that. Do a Backup Of Your Textures First. Belive im really trying help, dnt get me wrong.
BlackArk Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 I would suggest a nuke to the game then reinstall mods with MO but it may be too complex for ya. But once you get a good grasp of modding you should totally try out MO.
gouaixir Posted June 8, 2014 Author Posted June 8, 2014 i cant change the path where the file will be installed by NMM to change it from I/games/nexusmodmanager/installifo to ---> i/games/skyrim ! it doesnt leave me to do this !
Deedlit Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 i cant change the path where the file will be installed by NMM to change it from I/games/nexusmodmanager/installifo to ---> i/games/skyrim ! it doesnt leave me to do this ! open the zip and paste over you textures so, go at the local you got Your textures and paste there, but attention if at that local just have a zip file its the wrong path, its the mod file install, so you need open you skyrim folder at explorer and search for malehead.dds, because the folder where is at its the right path, if you dnt figure how use windows search its easy, open windows explorer and click at your skyrim folder and press F3 and type your search criteria (at your case its malehead.dds). If can figure how install the zip with nexus mod manager (click at install new mod icon), you just that the option like i already said of doing that manual copy of textures. i cant even post pictures of how using windows search because my windows its not at english language, and for sure will not undestand nothing at all.
gouaixir Posted June 8, 2014 Author Posted June 8, 2014 yeap i told u yesterday i did that manually and from nexus but nothing changed :/
Deedlit Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 what body mod for males you use? like i said im using sos and you can confirm by my pics i almost made perfect seamless retexture, can you take at least a pic of your nexus mod manager and show the texture i redone there, just that way i got sure you installed right. im asking that because what you said worry me "i cant change the path where the file will be installed by NMM to change it from I/games/nexusmodmanager/installifo to ---> i/games/skyrim ! it doesnt leave me to do this !" if you use nexus mod manager you dnt need never change path of nothig, because hes auto install at skyrim right game structure, and belive the zip i made will install and works fine with nmm even with mo. Just looks like you are made a copy of you texture mod from nexus modmanager and sended to me, and now looks like you just was trying paste my textures redone inside the nexus mod manager, its will never work, you need install that with nexus mod manager or copy the files inside at zip over yours male textures at skyrim, copying the textures files at nexus mod manager will do nothing at all for you game, if you got a friend, wich can help you with basic of using nexus manager its best trying his help to install, because im trying, but i cant do it for you.
