FoggyHunter Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 Hello I'm am relatively new to modding. I primarily use NMM and so far most of the mods I've used work. The SexLab Framework works fine, as well as other SexLab mods except for two: SexLabAnimalSex 1.3 and SexLab Nude Creatures v2.2.0. I know that it is these two mods specifically because I uninstalled all my mods and then installed them one by one and tested each. BeastialityAnimationPack and BestialityExtras seem to work fine (as in they don't cause my game to crash) So let me give you the rundown of what happens: 1. I double click Skyrim (SKSE) shortcut on Desktop 2. It ask me if I want the program to make changes to my computer and I click yes 3. Screen goes black 4. Bethesda logo fades in 5. Bethesda logo fades out 6. Crash I tried using Papyrus to get a log but when the I try to play the game and it crashes, no logs are saved. Any ideas as to why this is?
wildtangent Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 What your missing is a master file esp, or esm. Your load order would make this easy to figure out. SL Nude Creatures installs 3 esp's 1 for Dawnguard, 1 for Dragonborn, and i for Skyrim. Do you have all three of them active, and more importantly do you have both DLC's because if you are missing one of them you will get a crash at startup. Just deactivate, or delete the esp you dont have a DLC for. Other than that post your load order, or run tesv edit, or wyre bash can tell you what you are missing.

So I need both Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLC in order for these mods to work? At the moment I only have the Dawnguard DLC. Also, how do I delete the esp for the DLC I don't have? I assume it is in the Skyrim Data folder, and I also assume that I cannot use NMM to download these mods unless I have the Dragonborn DLC. Are these assessments correct?

If you don't have either DLC's then deactivate them both. If you have one or the other deactivate the corresponding one. To delete the esp files find Steam/Steamapps/common/skyrim/data the esp files are in the data folder.

Ok, I manually downloaded SexLab Nude Creature without the DragonBorn.esp and the game worked fine. However, SexLabAnimalSex 1.3 still causes Skyrim to crash at title screen and I don't see anything that would be specific for Dragon Born DLC in the download folder. Any ideas how I fix this? Keep in mind my modding vocabulary is rather limited. Thank you.

You want the export current load order Then attach it to the post, or copy and paste it

Ok found the problem there is a version of SL animal sex that requires "Tame the beasts of skyrim 2" Delete that esp or deactivate it in NMM. EDIT:Sexlab animal sex tame.esp
