shiii photo bucket wants my money!!! jerb you will need 3ds max 2012, 3ds max nif import-exporter and nifskope witch u got

http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/3ds-max pretty sure thats the right link the the 3ds max website , im at my cabin right now geting attacked by mosiquitos and canot load the page because my bad internets.  anyways you just state that your a collage member and you get to download anything you want of theirs , download 3ds max 2012.  make sure its 3ds max and not 3ds max disign.  do a basic install on it.  do the 3ds max nif importer-exporter next install next (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5622/?) install and tell it you have 2012 version of 3ds max.  at this point you are ready to begin converting!

 

ill make a video to go with this but this is just the basic install to get started so hopefully i wont ahve to cover this in the vid

if you change the weight do the seems become better, the top half of the body was like 65% so try setnpcweight 65
