Is there a mod that increases NPC count on roads?

Sorry if this isn't the right place, will correct should that be case. Anyway, is there a mod that increases NPC count on roads? Its for the whole "bandit" theme I'm setting up for myself. If not, is there a number somewhere I can change that increases random npc spawns on roads? If so, could your affirmative comment include links?

If your looking for increased bandit numbers, I don't know of one.

I do however know of a mod that adds adventurers that will go along the road and such.

This also should have been placed in this thread. Or at least in the skyrim section

Other mods you have are: Immersive patrols, but that's not bandid themed.

Immersive Patrols does include an increase in bandit patrols, as well as patrols of vampires, necromancers and werewolves. I highly recommend it.

Sorry I don't think I phrased correctly. I am looking for a mod that increases non-hostile npcs because I am the bandit and I don't go into cities or do quests. I need a source of leveling up and income.

Oh yes, the Populated series is great for RPing as a bandit. I have all of them, though they're not on the Nexus anymore (Vlad provided the link to its new home). I'm starting a new run myself, vampire this time, and it's nice to have all these fresh victims running around.

Yeah populated series from ERSO but be careful or it can become too crowded.
