Need help: Somber ENB grainy/grid fix?

I've recently installed Somber ENB and it seems to be working well most of the times.

However i seem to be getting this grainy glitch especially when in darker areas,  and I can't seem to fix it no matter what i tweak

 

 I was hoping someone could have an idea of what settings should i modify in order to fix this.

I believe that is the filmgrain. By deleting the effect.txt that came with the enb, you can disable it. However, doing so may lower the overall visual quality of the enb.

go to your games folder(in documents) and choose your Skyrim folder open the skyrimprefs.ini and look for the line "iBlurDeferredShadowMask=" should be visible as it is the first line under a sub-title,  change the number to 3+ based on your enb ... if i doesn't help then do what Luckyseven95 does...

Indeed, disabling the effects fixed  the issue but since i couldn't run it as intended i uninstalled the ENB entirely...
