Borderlands 2 Skin idea.... Frozen?

So I came across this link on Reddit http://www.reddit.com/r/Frozen/comments/26edze/do_you_want_to_find_the_vault_key/ What would be needed to make this into an actual skin. I doubt Gearbox would ever get the official go ahead for it, but I've seen some modded skins. 

 

I so want Frozen skins. What do we need? Where do we start?

That looks Photoshopped onto the Maya body ingame. I do not see a Texmod made for this anywhere.

However, if that Frozen skin modder has it as an available Texmod DL, that would be the easiest way. If not, you'd have to follow the video instructions to extract the textures and maps from ingame (the best images of Maya to alter would be of the largest size, at 1024), edit them with GIMP or Photoshop, then use Texmod to repackage your mod files for use.

 

Edit: I found the Maya original textures (no dds files, sorry) that might be helpful. Hopefully this is not against any site rules to upload the extracted files.
