Strange Hdt Problems, Help Needed

I really need some help getting HDT up and running correctly.  Everything I try ends up with these kind of effects when NPCs are lying down or sitting:

 

 

Idle animation is a bit off as well, and of course collision doesn't work.  When walking everything appears fine with a small amount of jiggle. 

 

I have tried HDTBody as well as a TBBP enabled CBBE in BodySlide.

 

Here is my most recent ordering in MO (I have tried many other orders as well):

HDT works fine from your log.

 

I recommend you stick with HDT body.

I also recommend you use XPMSE (Green button in my Sig) and use that.

 

I would also suggest a habit that you manually place SKSE mods into your actual game directory instead of going through MO.

 

Other than that for how to link collisions and stuff, you can read the guides that are stickied at the top of this sub-forum.

Thanks, moving SKSE mods out of MO seems to have fixed most of it.

wooh wooh wooh hold on a sec here. i need to install xpms and xpmse? i just have xpmse. leonym says it fixed most of it, what does that mean? i'm having the same issues and it's driving me nuts !!!! i'm using MO, have the install order as listed, made a HDT body preset, made outfits, I'm doing everything i have read and i'm  bleeding out of my eyes and my hair is getting grayer. everytime someone says thanks i fixed it, they don't say what they did aaarrrrrgghh!!! here are some examples :

 

as you can see when sneaking the boob tips seem to be locked from starting point of movement 

 

 

here the boobs go straight up to the face

i use MO for the fact that i don't mess with skyrim and it's easy to install and move mods around. i rather not put something directly in skyrim. i had given up on HDT when i had sexlab 

 

 

so what the cheese man?

 

also i'm not sure if this is related i can't get the sword on back with sheath nor the dagger on back hip. i had them working at one time. i'm working on a clean install and it doesn't work even with a basic setup. 

 

i know the armour is messed up i fixed it, but the point is you can see sword and dagger are in the right spots

well to say the least i have been stressing out. i redid the .ini's as i also lost the DOV in realvision ENB. what i really think fixed it was CBBEAdvancedTBBP Reference Skeleton Fix By TheBoneRanger . i use MO so i put it into the overwrite folder. i have more testing to do,but i got jigglies and no crushing or stretching. i'm gonna eat some mint ice cream from basken's as a reward.
