In case anyone ever comes across this error in their crash log:

 

Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FF7E02F656C SkyrimSE.exe+0D0656C

 

This mod is what caused it for me, CTD on startup. Running 1.6.1170 with no conflicting mods. If my schedule permitted I would troubleshoot this further, I just wanted to leave this here to help others pin this problem down (time is money).
