[Dragonborn] Stuck In Apocrypha Temple Of Miraak

Okay I'm in rut and in need of some help. I just about to finish the "The Temple of Miraak" quest yet every time I teleported away to meet Miraak for the first time, the game just gets stuck. No dialog just standing there with his seekers. I've also noticed some odd bugs limited to Dragonborn as well like:

 

-Some sidequests will not start(I.E. "Pain in the Necklace")

 

-People at altars don’t have the proper dialogue. I get normal dialogue conversation instead of Miraak’s monotonous chant.

 

I've tried verifying the game cache in steam, deleted the Dragonborn DLC manually to let re-download, no dice. I even tried console commands like ENABLEPLAYERCONTROLS to read the black book to exit, even that didn't work.

 

Needless to say I'm at a loss on what to do. So yeah...halp please? :(

Do you have a custom race. I had a problem awhile ago where non of the side quest would start and only Miraaks quest would kinda work. Then in one the black books i was stuck and couldn't get out or get any farther with the quest. It ended up that the custom race went ape shit on me and no one would recognize the player as any thing. Make back ups just in case and try re installing the custom race if you have a custom race that is. Or you could try moving the custom race up or down in your load order. Other then that I have no idea. Hope this helps.

it's not the mods, but it is a conflict with the unofficial patches!
I also had constant problems, quests do not start at the end Miraak was immortal, and so on. until I found out about it on the "Unofficial Patch Dragonborn" was,

I removed these unofficial patches and now my game works smoothly. these patches were developed by modders are not official.

I am using the latest version of skyrim and no, i didn't  install any mod that change solstheim (not directly changing it, at least).

 

I have many mods from the sexlab framework, though

Do you have creation kit installed? It's famous for killing the DLC's. Creation kit installs gameplay scripts that override the scripts in Skyrim's .BSA files. A famous example is that creation kit installs the old vampire feed script, meaning that many people who bought Dawnguard couldn't feed standing up, thus not proceeding in the vampire quests. Eventually I figured out deleting creation kit's scripts fixed the issue, because verifying game cache does not fix it. Worse yet, verifying the creation kit cache often reinstalls the old scripts for a non-DLC Skyrim. But deleting remains tricky as there's also many SexLab and other mod related scripts you absolutely don't want to delete, it shouldn't be done unless you reasonably understand what can go and what can not. I can well imagine one such script may screw up the dragonsoul absorbing intervention by Miraak by running an older absorb script from creation kit, possibly not triggering quest continuation.
