Loogie Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 I know in the US - couldn't vouch for the rest of the world - most fire departments are staffed by volunteers. I would not doubt some of those volunteers are that stupid - the area I went to high school in was rural and some of the kids old enough to drive were volunteers. Based on the idiocy I saw out of some of them, I don't think this is staged.
