It's the dragonoid (dragon form) from dark souls 1 (I prefer the dragonoid from dark souls 1) I think it's possible to make it like a custom armor mod for skyrim. I am searching these for a week ago and I didn't find anything... Sorry english is not my first language... but I hope you understand! Tanks!
