Try this. I used ECE (absolutely necessary), SG or Apachii hairs (forget which it was from), FSC Univision texture, Eyes of Beauty, and Brows. You may get it to look OK with some slightly different bits, like texture/eyes/brows, though.

It's really close, but I don't have a freckles overlay to use with ECE.

Here is that face with a few tweaks added (don't have the preset as it was uploaded anymore). I decided to use that and add a little Pamela Anderson then make her look a little younger for this character. :lol:

I know she doesn't look like Upton here, but what I uploaded was much, much closer.
