I don't think you CAN fix it, man. Why bother? What broken mod is this anyway? Can't you live without it? Because it sure seems like it messed up your game.

 

If you went and reinstalled a week ago then you'd be playing now instead of trying to fix something that probably can't be fixed. Hell, I'd bet your game saves are seriously broken at this point and unrecoverable. Go back to the steps I gave you on how to install a stable, fast and smooth game and get cracking so you can actually play again. You'll be done in a couple hours max.

You can't with TES5Edit. Only the mod author could do it without pulling their hair out and they would use the CK to do it.

 

What mod is this that's so amazing you're wasting all this time on? Can't you just ditch it and move on so you can actually play the game?

And besides like i said its fixable and i was able to get my sexlab stuff to work on the npcs..Boss and loot told me that Navmesh deletions are fixable
