Drainheart Effect, For Other Weapons?

Sorry if there is a forum on this, I know how frustrating it can be to see multiple threads on the same topic but I cant find anything on this and I've searching for days now.  I want to add the magical wavy effect of the drainheart sword to any weapon, but to no avail, I've tried with the CK but it isn't working and i have no idea how to add it with nifskope.

 

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
