krausser Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 The PGM Hecate II is in FNV already, however it is named Anti-materiel Rifle and is a high level weapon. If you have the GECK editor you can rename it manually, but if that's too advanced you can probably find a mod that changes all the names of the weapons to their real life counterparts on the Fallout New Vegas section on the Nexus (seems gun mods are just about all the people there post without getting banned).
