Camera Too Low/high After Sex Act

So I decided to reinstall New Vegas and start playing again. Though everything went smoothly and installed perfectly, I am having a weird camera issue after any sex act that is driving me nuts.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Basically, after any sex act that happens, my camera is either set too high or too low. Like it will be way over my head, or it will be at waist level. I think I remember this bug last time I installed New Vegas, yet I cannot for the life of me find a solution on how to fix it. Any advice would be definitely welcome. Thanks guys.

That is caused by animations itself. and not sexout. do you know what animation it is ?? is it all animations or only a few ?? if it is all animations then check your skeleton.nif if it only happens during certain animations prideslayer needs to check the animation in nifcope if 3DCamera has different offset then 0,0,0 or the reset animation is still not working right.

 

Maybe the animator has changed the camera angle that way if the reset skeleton not use 3dcamera bone then the angle of the animation will remain when the animation ends when your character gets back up..

Not sure on a specific animation, as it is random. It just happens randomly with different animations. First time was with a human, second time was with a dog, and third time was with a gecko. So it is seriously random when it happens, nothing specific.

 

I'm using the skeleton from here, the one recommended in the Sexout install guide.

Check and see if you have any extra "DO NOT BUY OR TAKE: SexoutNGAnimPosition" Miscellaneous Item tokens in your inventory.

 

if you have an extra one, it'll maintain any animation offsets on you even after a sex act. Or if you're using my Positioning mod, it'll maintain any positioning offsets you did with that too.

 

just open the console and type "player.inv" and check the list for that token. If you have one when you aren't engaged in a sex act, that's a "bad thing". go ahead and do a "player.removeitem (ID of that token) (count of tokens)"

The gecko animation always breaks the camera like that, in my experience. You have to save and then restart FNV. I haven't noticed it with any other animations though.

 

You wouldn't notice the problem whilst in first person view, is it possible it was a gecko every time but you didn't notice immediately?

Checked my inventory after it happened again, and nothing regarding any sort of positioning or camera in there. A bunch of tokens, but nothing as you mentioned.

 

Seems though if it happens, if I got talk to someone and have sex, it fixes the camera back to normal. Seem like an odd fix, but it does the trick at least.

 

And I'm sure it wasn't a gecko every time. Unless Sunny (while she was in the Bar) is a gecko lol. I play in third person most of the time. Rarely ever switch to first person. But it does happen with geckos every time I noticed. Tried it a few times with some geckos and each time it messed up the camera. Though still doesn't explain why it did it with Sunny and Rocket though. Unless that was just a fluke glitch.

 

 

Just an odd thing to happen is all. Seems the only fix is to go have sex again to let it reset the camera back to normal.
