Animation Missing And Toggle Animation Empty

I decided to re-mod my Skyrim from ground up and used the newest FNIS, SKSE and SexLab.

But my animations won't play.

But all I get is this. An empty toggle animation menu.

There is a fatal error and I don't know why. With earlier versions of Sexlab I never had these problems

I tried every solution suggested in the Troubleshooting and Support Guide.

And it happens with every savegame and with new game too.

look for a "storageutil.save" file. copy and paste to somewhere else just in case, though have never seen any problems... it will be regenerated. then delete the one in your skyrim install. also, check your skse.ini in skyrim\data\skse\ to see if it has

There is no skse.ini in my skyrim\data\skse or anywhere in the Skyrim folder.

right click on desktop. hover over "new", select "text document", name it skse.ini, open it, write,

 

[General]

ClearInvalidRegistrations=1

 

save it. move to skyrim\data\skse\

After I created the ini the menu was still empty but then I used the cleanup from sexlab and waited for reinstall and after that everything worked fine. Don't know how this happend. Could Windows 8.1 do this?

windows 8 is a really useless pos in my opinion, but no i don't think it had anything to do with this problem. have fun playing your game.

Thank you davidporter89, because you, sir, are my hero. After spending 3 days of being frustrated because most of the mods using the framework weren't working, and attempting fixes that didn't work, this finally did it. Weird thing is though, like the OP, i'm also using Windows 8.1.

Because it no longer exists in current versions, this thread is almost a year old.  And even if storageutil.save did still exist, it's irrelevant to the question this thread was even asking and shouldn't have been asked for to begin with.

 

Read the pinned threads to find out how to get the correct relevant info and a list of goto fixes for most problems.

Ashal, I just tried what was listed above and it worked for me. I would recommend that people who are having this problem still try this fix. Like the OP, I spent days researching the cause for this problem and found nothing. This seems to be a specific enough instance that it will not be easily researched and can be frustrating.
