gm207 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Hello Guys, I just wanted to share something I've been experiencing with Skyrim which is a bit enoying, and that is whenever I add a new mod to the game and go and load the few latest saves, I get random ctd outa no where, just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this, and what should I do to solve this issue? Thanks and regards,
nutluck Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 If it is random and didn't happen before, then possibly you have just hit your systems limit. I would recommend trying SKSE 1.7 and adding the information you need to the ini file to use the memory upgrade. It should take care of problems like that.
Benmc20 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Or (more sure), rest with SKSE 1.6 latest + SSME patch because SKSE 1.7 is an alpha version.
nutluck Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 I have been using SKSE 1.7 almost since it came out and have had zero issues with it.
Bewe Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Well in my experience I wouldn't recommend adding new mods during one play through. Unless you're very experienced or they're just simply texture mods. But if its a memory issue also try using Safety Load and SSME. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46465/?http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50305/?
Deedlit Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 its with any mod or a heavy scripted one? or do you have heavy scripted mods? near "limit" of esp´s? can you post your mods list, if dnt know how do that , try at least use printscreen and post pics of your mods used at nexus modmanager or mod organize, belive that will helps alot to solve the problem. Obs: save the pics like jpg and put like attach.
