TheTraveler Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 I have skyrim installed to a different directory other than steam. I have a separate drive just for my games and steam is not installed on that drive( i do not feel like uninstalling then re-installing it, again). Will me moving the creation kit to that skyrim folder mess up the working game I have now with my mods and everything? Im EXTREMELY hesitant to mess up my install for the 5th time.
davidporter89 Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 i would not think so, but to be safe you could probably just re-extract the kit to that drive/partition/array/folder.
pclp2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 It may be enough, in the SkyrimEditor.ini and SkyrimEditorPrefs.ini the path information to Skrim\Data to edit.
