Sex animations with custom creatures?

Custom troll mesh, jackga's ninja troll, when it begin the animations it changes to a default troll.

How would I go about enabling the animation with the custom mesh while keeping the original troll version as well.

Sounds more like a nude creatures plugin compatibility problem.

Should I disable nude creatures? and is nude creatures even necessary?
