Hentai-chan Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 Is there a mod that adds something like an "irradiated" tattoo strictly for PC (player character)? OK, what I have in mind is a tribal tattoo that covers large portion of the back of the player and extends to the right arm and left leg. A tattoo that glows when exposed to radiation (even under armor). Is there a mod like this? And ıs there a mod that removes the blur when added-effects dissipate? It is really annoying.
