I was halfway into installing like 20 mods that work together as an overhaul, and I come across this http://oblivion.forum.jpmod.net/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=130 as a requirement. Unfortunately the download links are dead. I was wondering if anyone has it lying around their PC and may be willing to share?
