Only Vanilla animations working

SO i have currently re installed skyrim because i had a issue with a part of my computer, after it was finished installing i reinstalled all my mods, skeletons, and 'stuffs' but instead of the modded animations their all Vanilla

 

i cant seem to find out what the issue is, i have installed XP skele extended and used FNIS and they are all still vanilla

 

if anyone knows what wrong please tell me, thank you~
