Color Me Dense

I'm trying to figure out how to add items to the leveled lists, and I think I have nearly done it, but, no matter the tutorial, I can't seem to find the organization of thought to accomplish this.

 

I have looked at other mods in the CK to try to learn from them, but I don't understand what I'm looking at.

 

Color me dense, but is there some hidden tutorial somewhere that has helped other dense people?

Open up your leveled list, then drag and drop the item you want put into it into it,.
