Help me out here.... NVSE + FNV4GB...

I read everywhere on different things to do to get the 2 of them to work together.... I have tried just about everything and get mixed results.

 

Iv tried the newest Beta version and the Latest versions of NVSE... everyone says once set up properly, running through 4gb will run nvse as well, but it either pops up that an instance of the game is already running, that the game is not installed or comes up but nvse is not running.

 

Can someone please help me out here....

Enable the 4GB with the FalloutNV.exe not NVSE_loader.exe. Same applies to all the other games you would use the 4GB like FO3 SKyrim Oblivion.

Iv tried that, i can get 4gb to run or an can get NVSE to run, but i cant get them to run together.

How are you launching the game? Are you using FOMM or NMM?

 

I launch the game with Fake Fullscreen but NVSE still loads. Are you getting a pop up saying NSE is not active because of some mod? I also do not use the 4GB from Nexus. Mines off some other site that I can't remember.

i recently started using the FNV4GB thing, and it worked with nvse right out the box, so to speak. didnt have to change anything.

make sure they are both extracted to the .exe folder

and that your Ini files are NOT on Read only

AND most important Put EVERYTHING Has Administrator 24/7

And mostly Fnv4gb wont work on pirated games, steam only

 

if not maybe

do you have archive invalidation installed, turn it off then back on, not from fomm or nmm directly from the .exe and make sure its administrator.

you sure you extracted all of Nvse in the proper folder? proper nvse? 4.2B3

they say only paste dll's but fk it take the entire folder and paste it.

It took some tweeking and a whole lot of searching, but i finally got it to work. Seems i didn't have all the parts together.

someone posted a file in which nvse and 4gb works together. I am still using that file, you may to look for it under the search function

I never had a problem getting both to work. I can launch the game from the Fallout.exe NVSE_loader.exe or a custom launch and it will always run. Thanks to Victoria, I had forgot the site I got mine from. I use this one: http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php

 

I used to use that FO3 Ram Boost back in the days, but I never liked using CFF Explorer because it likes to duplicate a grip of  icons in my task bar and Rocket Dock bar...
