obesepanda Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Hello, recently I decided to install sexlab. However, my Skyrim crashed before it could get to the Bethesda logo screen. I used nexus mod manager to uninstall the mod and I attempted to reinstall the mod afterwards manually, but to no avail. I removed the files from loverslab manually as well but Skyrim still wouldn't load. The CTDs happened after I installed Sexlab so this is the cause. I don't think my load order matters at the moment, since my Skyrim was fine before I installed Sexlab. Does Sexlab overwrite essential files? If so, what are they called? I may have removed them on accident and I'll put them back if they're removal is the cause of the CTDs. Thank you for reading.
Susa42 Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 Have you run FNIS after you have removed sexlab? That is usually where I get into trouble forgetting to run FNIS

WolfCHConce Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Hi, I have the same problema. a few month ago I upgrade to Sexlab 1.39 and it worked, but then a week later It begin to crash. I have to unistall it. I had to reinstall Sexlab1.29, and the problema was resolved for the momento. My problema is that I can´t upgrade to a new versión of sexlab 1.39 or 1.57. If I install it... it crash.
pclp2014 Posted May 17, 2014 Posted May 17, 2014 If Skyrim still crashes before the logo, which is a clear indication that a missing ESM or ESP. FNIS plays no role at this time. You have installed a mod that require SexLab. Only Sexlab to install / uninstall does not make much sense since it's Framework for mods. Edit: SKSE is installed?
WolfCHConce Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 I found another post . the solution was to change the file "storageutil.save" Now it work perfectly.
