Modders Rejoicing Skyrim

We all know about a group of modders coming together and expanding Skyrim even more with their Skyblivion, and Skywind creations?  For those that don't have a clue what I am talking about.  Modders are planing on recreating Morrowind and Oblivion useing the Skyrim engine, but the idea is still up in the air.  There is talk of these modders not getting enough voice actors for these "Modded" expansions.  However, another group of modders/Army of modders are planing on redoing ALL of Tamriel.

Basicly what this link is, it is a trailer for Bruma that will be opened to test this summer.  Eventually this Army of modders is planing on doing ALL of Tamriel, meaning free roam.  You want to adventure to Elswyer you can, How about Hammerfell? Yep.  Do you want to see what is going on in Daggerfall? go for it.  Maybe you want to hang in Skyrim for a little? You can do that too.

Basicly groups of modders will be working on their own places.  One group will do Hammerfell, another group will be doing Daggerfall, etc, etc.  Then eventually bring everything ALL TOGETHER.

Nice trailer, thanks for advertising (new voice actors).

I've been visiting these forums a week ago cause of Hammerfell.

The projects seem to be promising and at the same time so huge that they could easily die again.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

I got goosebumps.   Please, please say it will be so.

I've already seen something like that before on 2004 (remember Tamriel Rebuilt?)

So, forgive me for having my  doubts about seeying in a future a finished version.

Yeah fingers crossed. Not holding my breath but cautiously optimistic. How you keep momentum up on something so ambitious I wouldn't know, must be tricky to keep everybody engaged when they're doing it for nothing more than the love of it.

As an aside, I've always found it curious how Bethesda tends to completely walk away from a TES game knowing full well that it will stay relevant long after most other games of this kind are gathering dust. You'd think it would present constant good PR opportunities for the brand, and if i were head of PR I'd be shouting it from the rooftops - "look at how creative our fans are, look at the worlds they build with our tools!". Instead they give ground to people like Robin Scott and his army of mini-mes.

because this time in skyrim they screwed up badly with the horrible CK that they gave to us

because even oblivion had a spear, throwing weapons and crossbow mods with new anims and etc, with would take 520 secs to program if they wanted to in skyrim without bugs.

while skyrim and fallout 3(for an extent) has nothing

And yet here we are, happily modding away to our heart's content, still playing a game released in 2011. I get the feeling you're a glass half empty sort of person ;)
