what are all the mods the best adult mods?

I use Sexual Aroused and Lover´s Comfort. 

 

This has like some sort of arousal level meter on each PC & NPC, so when NPCs get really horny they will start to have sex with strangers or themselves. This is nice to  add realism and gives the game some sexual content that you don´t neccesarly control, and depends on the needs of Npcs.  

 

Lover´s Comfort gives sex through dialogue, depending on your relationship with the NPC and his/her arousal level (plus other features of course).

 

I also have the Spells (don´t remember the mod name) to have sex, just for practical porpouses.

How do you mean "best"?  Your best bet will probably be just browsing the mods and deciding what you want, as Magnusx up there suggested.

There are no "best" only personal preference. But number one to all of them is "Sexlab"  the framework itself.

Everything depends on what you want. Sexlab is of course essential, but after that you need to decide on your area of interest:

1) violent combat sex (including bestiality). This seems to be very popular, but it leaves some of us cold

2) prostitution

3) consensual romantic

 

If you like 3, the best mod by far (at least in my opinion, but also many others') is Spouses Enhanced

One mod that lends itself to all three categories is Apropos (if you like the written word as a supplement to visualized acts)

 

 

You should also check out the non sexlab mods. There are some gems there, including animations by Zynisch (that work with sexlab) and other things such as sextats, a tattoo mod. You also need nudesuits or the everpopular SoS.
