the roof and the fence is a SCOL but the walls would work 

i found out how to make it work now. well now i need to replicate it into my mod if i didnt forget already haha i need to sleep now

Consider moving your Steam install to any place other than "Program Files" , This will cause serious permissions headaches in the future with Windows Vista, Windows 7 and possibly Windows 8, The UAC or User Access Control is what will block many things from running properly and turning off the UAC is not a good idea due to the security issues it causes when turned off.

i never had problems though,

i run everything has admin and Read only is unchecked from all my folder,

in 18 years of using program files i never had a problem with it =o

but ya if i dont run geck in admin wouldnt save if i dont admin my Gimp also wouldnt save inside my folder's

But has long you got full control of your pc it is fine,

It was the SCOL that made it not work :3

do you know how i can make the Races Target Different 1stpersonlefthand  and 1stpersonpipboy meshes ?

it was the only thing my mod overrides since i couldn't figure out how to have the long nails on my left hand.

works fine on companions but ya that dam left hand pipboy mesh O_o

And now id make a Pink Neko Ares Race...But i wont be able to give her her hands if i do that...

in geck i can only choose left and right hand mesh, not those 1stperson ones thats all i want...

Because i also want to release optional color presets for the nekomimi race too..

and i want her to have different nails that fit with her colors for every presets

so anyone know how to make a race target different 1sthand meshes? id love to make that pink neko ares a race too but...it works fine for followers

but races the only thing i ever had to override is the hand meshes to get my long pink nails.

But there has to be a way O_o

the ares mod itself if activated would use its own pair of pipboy1stperson meshes

i could add soooo many races if i knew how =(

well atleast different preset colors and 2-3 race :3

has to be possible!

is there a way to make more Biped Models in geck?  ...no boots...no lower body...no panties...and only 3 body alternate slots is just not enough....

 

is there a way i can change an item to work has lets say

i have a Cat Doll that needs to go on my Shoulder, only works with body addons 1-2-3

Buuut i already have My Custom body on 3 my starters on 2 and my panties on 1...  but i really want that cat to work with all of my armors

it would not be a problem for complete outfits, But has requested we started Releasing them into Parts

since you use nifskope, did you try to separate that part with it? when you have the separated piece of outfit, you can create a new base ID on GECK and assign another body slot

well some parts are already separated, but in the end they only work has body parts 1-2 or 3 or upperbody..

i find it to be sooo ridiculous that there is no Foot, LowerBody and legs options...totally ridiculous..they even put choker option i mean reallly

And well other then the ears that wasn't working at all until i edit a bit on nifskope

When i unhook a piece or try to hook it on an armor,  from nifskope i ALWAYS get glitches

when i did tactical armor we wasted 4 days on flying legs bug...simply because of the stupid chains from goddess wasn't working

and well then whenever i hook a new piece to something it just does not work

Unless when i take all parts of an armor that actually goes together and simply make an alternate outfit with it

 

Basically i want to put QB on my shoulders,  we made a Grenade QB a mine QB and a Nuclear Cat Launcher QB haha,

But yaaa nowww i am starting to have way too many pieces that uses the same body parts

 

My starters Uses the same Part Has My stockings, and some armors the body only came attached with the boots so,

i have the actual body on part 3

Starters on 1

And Stockings on 2

Choker on Choker

Backpack in backpack

 

And Now wherever i try to wear QB he will never show up unless i equip him has a weapon because thats what he is for now

If not i was simply thinking of going in nifskoppe

Load a body to know where to place him, put him on a shoulder or heck the head at this point

All i know is a saw in a post somewhere that in nifskope and geck it has to say the same thing

Like a Backpack Weight is hooked on the Bip01_neck1  and everything else i see is called objvestBackpack

 

i tried using that clothing converter and i couldn't even get it opened haha so yaaa

Now trying to learn blender all week...but it is just making me waste humongous amount of time,

Since once again there is Never a tutorial of exactly what i need...people always think you are a massive dumbass that doesnt even know how t open windows 7....

or they figure you already know how to do half the stuff and rush the tutorial...

i was able to shorten a skirt the other day..How i did it...no freakin idea!! but i had no issues with it

when I separate my outfits usually they work in any of the slots I put on geck. Maybe these ones are weighted in a way that doesn't allow you to do that, I... don't know

so if i separate my stockings they could work on lets say a mouth slot?

because the QB neko is a weapon so it does not have a body part attached well yes *sideweapon*

and if thats too complicated nvm that hah

 

But id still love to be able to allow people to have every parts  

likes panties, starters,stockings, shows  on lower body

backpack+purse so 2 backpacks since purse is one, gloves,choker

 

so basically all fits at the proper slots,  except having 2 backpack and all lower body parts i want to hook are using option 1-2-3 and id need 2 more xD

do i have to change the name of my Bsdismemberskininstance thing to the part i want it hooked on in geck?

or the actually Body part i want it on and geck will target it by default even if it would be a hat it could be shoes?

=o it works for the purse and stockings!!  used mask and headband and it worked

So it must really be simply because the QB is not weighted on any body parts and is a weapon

 

and i was finally able to fix my head_Normalmap that was not showing barely at all with Crazybump

that program...i love it xD  all i had to do is raise super fine details a bit and poof

And now it really makes me wonder if i should start using those other textures has well make everything look super nice.

But haha the project already is overkill

we really how can i say...threw ourselves into a wayyy too big of a project for total beginners

if we didn't have soo many nice authors who shared they're mods with us..this would of been horrible lol.

everyone's like, ok go in nifskope change the bsdismember then go in blender im like NOOOO not blenderrrrrr

So then my BF decided he will learn it...4 days later he stayed up 3 days...and i think he is about to kill something

 

We really want to start making meshes from ground zero, then any editing should be easy i guess

but can't find a proper tutorial for dummies

yes the weapon must be weighted as an outfit to work as outfit or it won't show (or show very weird, floating in some random point) when you wear it. If you send me the mesh of the weapon I can give it a look in the next days. But yes you do good in learning Blender, you'll need it to do these things very often with outfits. Not for the weapon itself, but for example conversions to different bodies or like you wrote you have a custom armor with no bounce, you can do all these things with blender.

you have any idea why i cannot make enbdev work anymore O_o

it seems to not work since i use fnv4gb

tried both wrapper and injector and added fnv4gb.exe into injector ini O_o

yaa works if i use nvse to launch just not fnv4gb O_o  all those ressource + a enb i would really need it to work lol

haha ya cannot enter my school without fnv4gb anymore so fk awooff enbdev

it is a wonder for skyrim..but i never had nice results anyway with it so far.

nevada skies is by far our favorite...

id just love one with a orangy tone to it for inside though oh welllz most of presets requires enbdev

I can work with both ENB and 4 Gb, so I don't know why that happens. Just be sure to disable all those settings like AA and Anisotropic etc., but yes they shouldn't influence the execution of the ENB. I have no clue...

well it really wont work with fnv4gb dunno maybe cause i got nexus version 

 

and sigh lol wasted time on those last head pieces because..

out of 5 item only headband works...

funny thing is they are simply vanilla mesh i textured

 

headwrap makes my head completely disapear,and goes on the side ima guess because of neko ears O_o

Retextured the Breather mask, looks soooo sweet in Nifskope but ya...that one simply wont work at all i do not see it

Then the glasses goes on the side of my face like my ears used to do

the cowboy hat goes also on the side of my head but the other side O_O

 

Headband works though

well cowboy hat i turned it 90 degree and now only need to adjust height but it will work 

 

bandana though my head is invisible lol 

and that facemask is totally not showing...

 

and ya its all default vanilla mesh all i did is texture it O_O

is it possible that its because my head mesh is custom from oblivion

If you create a new item based on a vanilla hat, it will trigger that 90° bug. It must be solved by FNVEdit.

 

I ASSUME (but not sure of course) that if the bandana doesn't show the head is too big. Or maybe they have .egt files and you didn't extract them?

 

EDIT: if the head disappears, maybe you chosed the wrong slot? (Head slot)

well i put the mask has a mask preset lol xD but ya my custom head caused problems

i finally finished properly adjusting the cowboy helm with nifskope.

had to scale it to 1.2 drop it to -4.20  and move it forward

and well its not new items i really only took vanilla mesh and put new texture location thats pretty much all i did with those i want to finish this quick

 

my head disapear no mather where i put the other one though

and the mask still wont show up anywhere.. maybe i took a monster mask O_o

So you replaced the textures? You didn't create a new base ID for the item on the GECK? somethink like nekohat? because that issue happens when you do that. It happens even if you don't change anything, neither mesh nor texture, just changing the base ID to create a new variant of the vanilla hat.

 

Which mask did you choose? some masks replace the head, that's what I'm thinking about.

hmmkay iiii

went into vanilla mesh and took out the normal mask mesh

pasted my breather into it and placed it where it should go.

deleted the ugly mask

and renamed my breather to Mask:0 and it works now !!!!

i had my stockings on mask though hehe time to use those unused piercing slots

hmkay fixed wrap also by simply renaming it to Hat:0 in nifskope =o now head does not disapear, also set it has hat in geck

still needs adjustment because of my big head but ya

if this is how it works to convert stuff hmmmm!
