This is the base version of this mod. In other words, it is a starting point for this city. I only have minor changes to the city, an npc, her home, and some books. There are some changes by the lake as well.

Seeing as Riften is a popular choice for modders, I decided to keep the additions to a minimum.

I am always open to ideas and suggestions.

This is a basic version and more will be coming.
