Just read the comments and It's a personal mod created by the image poster. Looks like they are working on a new quest mod and another armor as well so it it may yet be released.

Just read the comments and It's a personal mod created by the image poster.. The dress looks alot like a port of SC IV Hilde's 2p costume with the fur from maybe the sweety bear vindicus port. [/quote'] Pretty sure people responded to this a few times already, but it looks like Frostbite by Endiness modified slightly. Indeed, dunno how he made it glow. There's a circlets glow mod on nexus, if you're interested you could open that up and see how it was done, might be just a texture change or something, dunno. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7488 Frostbite: I uploaded it to Mediafire, in my sig. Edit: I had a quick look, If I had to guess he's extracted the .nif of the circlets and altered the gem to use his custom texture and use the normal texture for the rest of the circlet, so you could sample his texture and put it into the frostbite or other armour and it should work. I don't know much about DDS formatting, so if it doesn't work I'd guess that'd be where to look Edit edit: I had a look at that tutorial, thx knoFear. Looks like the Nif is the thing that emits light, and textures are like filters. So if you want the frostbite to emit light, open nif skope and that tutorial and you're away I'm going to make the nail mod people made for me glow
