[/quote'] http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3788 this one does it for the housecarls and some followers. if you have the CK you or someone else can modify it, so that female guards are included aswell.

[/quote'] http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3788 this one does it for the housecarls and some followers. if you have the CK you or someone else can modify it, so that female guards are included aswell. i know how it works with ck and there will be many females with this option enabled.

Found another picture of the character, might be easier to work with. I'm not very good at recognizing face/body textures though, so I have no clue what's used myself.
