About amulets' date=' I like the Evening star amulet, but it doesn't work on my mod race character. It's set to argonian race, instead of default race. I can't edit the esp though because it's file protected : /

 

Anyone know how to get around this? Do I have to somehow copy everything from that esp and make a new one? That would suck...

It's not file protected, you have to run the Creation Kit in administrative mode. Also, for the Evenstar amulet, you might need to use the vanilla version rather than the CBBE/UNP version, even if you are using those respective body types, otherwise it will clip into your armor. At least, that's what worked for me.

 

Curse you windows! You ruin everything!!! I mean, any OS that requires password input to delete desktop installed shortcuts is ridiculous.

Hey Xialbo thanks for the PM about the Dark Races have you had any luck with tracking down the Angel Wing Weapon and the 2 bows yet?

You're welcome Nekrow and no I haven't found out anything about that Angel winged Weapon and the Forsworn bow I've pretty much given up on it as nobody else has found it yet so it's either an impossible to get Korean mod or the creator isn't willing to share it as I said before. I'm probably going to try and build my own if it turns out well I'll share it with everyone here not gonna put it up on the nexus because I'm sure they will find some reason or another to take it down.

Ok so editing meshes in Nifskope is actually alot easier than I thought it would be so I thought I'd show everyone my work in progress now obviously it's not perfect yet I'm still adjusting the positions of the meshes and then I need to turn the axes around so relax this is not the final version.

Does anyone know what armor mod and what hair mod this character is using?

hair is from Ren's hair pack found here and armor is Rogue armor found in here also.

My guess would be Ashen race or Oriental face mod. Not sure though.

Rogue Bikini armor from Alan's BBP pack, it's here on LL lab, just search for it

 

 

EDIT: to all those who has problems with Ashen race and custom amulets do this:

 

1) open amulet's esp in CK

2) under items/armor addons search for it's name for example evenstarAA or similar and open it

3) in aditional races tab on right side look for "Default Race" and highlight it(it should be in blue color)

4) save & happy playing with ur custom amulet

 

P.S. as Kashim had this problem few pages back decided to look into it.i have tested this on several custom amulets which didnt work with Ashens and this is the way how it fixed that for me

it's for CBBE and it has BBB support, also Yoko armor is included in that pack, only there it's named Fire Butterfly armor

that armor which u linked is modified AND retextured, so i doubt that it's available, there's only none BBB version available as i know

 

I'd like to throw in my two cents: most armors, hair and races in 7keys' screenshots are private and he doesn't distribute them.

 

I hope he'll change his mind some day. I still wanna get a CM Partner version of his Huna character for Oblivion.

That must be a different body texture mod.

 

The mod from navetsea does not have as nipple and this super smooth body like the picture. Unfortunately, I do not find the mod ... : (

 

i know this mod isnt a secret but it has the smoothed body i know

look at the user images - at least its very similar

 

i think the meshes are not 'pure' cbbe - maybe with slider

i tried but i didnt get this great body (i love that hips)

maybe its just a very good snapshot at the right angle and light

 

i think just the owner knows...
