To find something that suits me I had to gather a bunch of different tattoo mods from the nexus and then combined the pieces I liked with gimp. Maybe that's the best way to go if you can't find something you find to be 'good'?

I think it's just a removed nipple skull covering in the tera skull armor. Will be happy to do it for you if you like
