Sadly this mod is more then dead unless someone else attempts to do the same thing. The original person who did the textures did send them to someone to do something and then was never heard from again. Not an easy texture to do since the clothes the hagraven wears isn't seperate like Draugr wear. The clothes are the mesh. You'd have to somehow remove the part of the mesh that sticks off the body then retexture the body as nude, then create a new clothes mesh to fit the body (and possibly players).

It was a pretty ambitious work, to be sure, it would require someone with production level skills, not often found here, but there are a few that have the background and talent to do it. If I had the originals and the proper permissions, I could move it along.

Vioxsis has finally posted the nude mesh and texture for Hagraven. All you need to do is rename the Nude.nif to hagraven and just install with whatever you use.

with all the perverts in the world I'm surprised nobody has made a mod that makes the Hagraven's face actually not hideous. I tried using the Ulri Hagraven replacer to fix that but it's not updated for SSE.
