I posted a few weeks ago that I "finished" Skyrim with my main character http://www.loverslab.com/topic/27545-finished-skyrim-d/ And as her story was that she's still an aspect of Sheogorath from the previous game it ended with her realizing some truths about the universe and her own nature Then after a while of playing other characters I reloaded some saves from her and noticed she has a purple aura around her... and it fits perfectly as she's a god and all... even more recalling one of the Mad God's colors was purple... Goggled a bit and some say it's a bug and there are links to "removing unwanted magic effects" I looked upon the listed active effects in game and there's nothing that causes the violet aura so either it's invisible to game lists, it's a bug or it's intended to be an "easter egg" Now this is when things get weird Some other discussions by googling violet auras have comments on CHIM which by lore is some sort of spiritual epiphany where the character realizes the truth about the universe (LOL ) his/her fictional existence realizing he/she can change the world around in a manner of breaking the "fourth wall". Just how freaking awesome is that? I have no idea how this happened, but it's one of the freakiest things I've seen in a game I didn't even mean to do this, I just roleplayed her story, and not knowing it sort of "came true" even more than I thought the game would allow Just WTF???...

Lets just hope it wasn't a disgruntled employee and some sort of revenge is going to be taken out upon your character LOL jk No idea but it sounds rather cool. capture some screenies EDIT: I just had a thought, it wouldn't be from an ENB would it. I've had weird things happen from enb's but nothing like that though.
Myst42 Posted March 10, 2014 Author Posted March 10, 2014 No,no ENB That installation is too primitive for ENBs I managed to put "Somber" ENB to work but it sends my fps to hell, so I only plan on using it for screenies Taking screenies takes quite a long time for me with the setting and everything but I'll put some once I can On the meantime, some other people in the internet have reported the same effect Here's a shot (a pretty bad one though) I promise it looks better in game, and it'll probably look even better once I manage to take a decent screenie Oh and some lore on it: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:CHIM
Myst42 Posted March 14, 2014 Author Posted March 14, 2014 Screenie It's actually hard to notice in still pictures as the aura is a smoke effect, but it gives a very awesome sense of having some kind of power, add certain effect like dragon aspect and its god like
