Thaluha Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 When to start the SD mod, from start of your gaming or wait until you done "A night to remember" quest?Does it actually make any differece to the game when I activating the mod?
Emberheart Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 I never tried really, maybe just try both and see the difference (if there is any).
Guest airdance Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 When you first start the game and if you have all the updates, not to mention the various other programs such as SKSE(latest version), Mod organizer, BOSS to name a few, and if you have the latest version of Skyrim, FINIS and the DLC's that are required by the mod you wish to use, then you should have no trouble running your mod early in the game. However, when you start to add other mods with their various requirements, things that ran flawlessly will suddenly stop working or cause you to CTD. The Mods that are heavily dependent on other mods to function will often give the most trouble. If a mod does not work with your system, remove it, and find one that does. Modding is HARD work, and people do not get paid to do it, so with all the quirks and growing pains it will require, you can play your game with as many mods as your system will handle. If your FPS starts to slow down, you have reached your limit. Now, understand this, I am speaking from a total NOOB perspective, who has no modding, scripting, texturing, or meshing experience. I love these modders to pieces for the many hours of enjoyment they give to me
Thaluha Posted March 7, 2014 Author Posted March 7, 2014 Ember Hart& airdance...thanks for your anwsersGuess I have to start up a new character and stay out of SD until I have done the night to remember quest
Benmc20 Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 I haven't tried SD mod, so i can't really counsel you for it. But i can tell one thing : don't update scripting mods such as Sexlab within a same game. Wait until starting a new game.
