That depends on which circlet you're replacing. What was the name of the original .nif?

Basically for replacing armors / weapons or anything for that matter you need to mimic the bsa file structure so it points the game to the "same" locations but have your files in that location instead.

 

example: To replace ebony armor it would look something like

Data/textures/armor/ebony/(insert your new textures in ebony folder with proper file names) boots, gloves, etc..

the original nif is Circletf1 which i believe is the Copper and Onyx Circlet, but yeah nvm i find it, cause i was looking through cloth section but in fact circlets counts as armor... ><
