Any nail polish mod for hands AND feet?

I have been looking everywhere and the only thing that I have dug up so far has out dated textures

Well you could always make them yourself fairly easily. Use gimp with .dds plugin so that you can load .dds files into it and use the lasso tool to trace around each fingernail/toenail 1 at a time and select colorize then change the color to something that you want use then use the overwrite .dds file option as that will show you what it looks like in nifskope when you have it rendered in it and it will help you if you don't like the look then all you have to do it go to the undo option then overwrite again to change it back. Write down what you set the first color settings at for the first fingernail/toe nail so that they will all be matching. (Make sure to backup your texture file before starting so that if something goes wrong or you make a whoopsy you can easily use the back up to replace it)
