Stutter and slowdown

So recently I have been getting Horrendous stutter.  I meant between a 5 and 30 seconds at times.  Load times have also increased a lot.  Might be from new textures but really?  Stutter when i move the camera around like its trying to load everything at once as far as the camera sees.  It will do this even without an ENB active although WAY less.  I accept Fps loss from using an enb but this is ridiculous.  Any ideas?  Also, I get texture popins when exiting a structure.  It will look like a big  blob of gray color then pop into the proper texture.

At a guess... savegame bloat?

Or have you upped the settings to a higher quality lately perhaps? If so, try reducing again...

Otherwise, try ENBoost. It fixed my stuttering mostly because it will control your graphic quality/memory usage.

looks like you set ENB incorrectly for your system. What version of ENB are you using ??
