Need Help! with oblivion lovers mod

I just stubbled apon this site and find it really hard to navigate and it's really unclear about everything, i'm just looking for an oblivion sex mod, i downloaded these two things:

and have the OBSE

 

i put all the files from the two things downloaded into my oblivion>data folder and launched the game, but nothing is changed? or maybe i just don't know how to use the mod, there are no new spells or anything and my character isnt naked when i take his cloths off...

 

i can't find any clear instructions anywhere! help!

First...did you check the boxes turning these mods on?

 

Do you have Oblivion Mod Manager? You'll need that in order to adjust the load order of your mods. There's a thread here that does detail load order...just hunt around a bit. Plus, you'll need a file caled 'The Pluggy'. Both of these are at TesNexus. You might as well grab 'Break Undies' while you're at it. What you've downloaded is the basic set-up. Once you get that working it'll be much easier to add extra Lovers plug-ins.

 

When I first encountered this mod, it was like one of those 5000 piece jig-saw-puzzles dumped out onto a table...I know how you feel. But once you get it all working it's worth it.

As you will find by reading the above lovers is the LAST thing you actually download and install. I recommend you grab all the mods that you want to spice up your game (armors, weapons, castles, beautification mods, ncps/companions, towns, city enlargements (like Better Cities) and texture replacers (like Qarl's). Once you have everything to your liking and have selected a nude body replacer for both women and men THEN install Lovers.

 

All of the mods I have mentioned (excluding lovers of course) are available over at the nexus ( www.tesnexus.com ).

 

As DogOnPorch correctly stated you will need OBMM (oblivion mod manager) to enable these mods along with OBSE, pluggy and elys silent voice for the bare minimum for tools (all these are available too from the nexus).

 

Before going hog wild getting/installing things DON'T install oblivion to the program files directory if your running Win7 as UAC will give you fits. Install it to c:\Games\Oblivion or some such. Secondly after installing a few things, test it out before installing more to make sure things are working and make periodic backups so you don't have to start from scratch if you break something

btw if you only downloaded those 2 then you won't get any sex options going, that is just base frame work for lovers with pk, witch means you won't get anything going. the sex options are added by the other mods.
