You have to get antoher mod to would flag the female player or npc as a futa/male You can use either SexLab Gender Change or SexLab Cumshot. Actually no that wont work since your PC is still flagged as female even with Hentai Pregnancy.Gender Change seems to do the trick though

I play a woman futa, but it pisses me off that all NPC women are futa. He wants to just my character was futanari the only one in Skyrim.
