Because that's what the free version of FRAPS is limited to. :\

No thanks... Bandicam is pretty decent and gives you the option to save screenshots as jpg images. I don't like YARRRR-ing anymore.

Irfranview is pretty good.

I used to upload BMP files but then someone was nice and told me to convert them and pointed me toward Irfranview. [:

SageThumbs is pretty cool too.
