What's your sims 4 gameplay story?

Hello! How do you guys play sims 4, what stories do you guys make? I enjoy female protagonist escort gameplay but at some point it gets repetitive. 

Maybe I will get some inspirations from your gameplay ideas :)

My preferred way of going about things is to actually play the expansion that I paid for while leaving all of the sex mod shenanigans as background noise or an activity that certain characters engage with. A dudebro athlete might have 'crushing puss' as a goal in addition to getting swole but it is less a concern for a school teacher sim (at least one would hope, for legality's sake).

The sexual content is more entertaining if it is incidental or something to build up to rather than turning the game into a digital version of a bath house or a rest stop.
