Male body penis texture glitch

I've recently decided to give Oblivion another go after playing the hell out of Skyrim, and whenever a sex animation starts there is an odd texture glitch with the male body where there is no penis and just a huge wall of stretched out beige, black, or green that moves according to the actor. I've uninstalled and reinstalled LAPF several times using OBMM, Wrye Bash, and manually to no avail. Any idea what's going on?

There was another skeleton, which I replaced with the LAPF skeleton and now everything appears to be in working condition. Thanks!
