If you're looking for VNs, Katawa Shoujo is a classic, but it gets pretty heavy at certain points. If you want something more porny, there's Sexbot, My Pig Princess, and Hooked. If you want something with actual combat, there's Princess Reconquista, FlipWitch: Forbidden Sex Hex, and Seal of Lutellaria. Someone already mentioned Karryn's Prison, which is really good too. Other than that, there's Monster Girl Tavern, Demon Deals, Monster Girl 1000, SpunkStock: Music Festival, and Quickie: A Love Hotel Story.
