FloralIlia Posted yesterday at 01:33 AM Posted yesterday at 01:33 AM (edited) Hello all. Having an issue with CBBE 3BA racemenu morph sliders and I feel like I have tried every possible solution suggested elsewhere but can't find out why it's not working. Modlist attached below. In short: The issue: I previously had the racemenu morphs working, but had to reinstall 3BA/CBBE because physics weren't applying and I built for the incorrect mesh. Upon reinstall, physics are working, but the racemenu morphs/sliders are not. What I've tried already: I can 100% confirm I have "Build Morphs" checked. I have tried different output locations, including building into the HIMBO output, copying files directly into the data folder (deleted afterwards when I confirmed it didn't work), and the CBBE output folder. I have checked that I have all prerequisites in place, and I am fairly certain my mod order works. Again, I used to have the sliders working, but it no longer does for whatever reason; it only broke after reinstalling the mod and trying to build the "CBBE 3BB Body Amazing" body rather than "CBBE Body". Followed both the HIMBO installation guide and the 3BA installation guide, thoroughly, multiple times. Deselecting "RaceMenuPlugin.esp", suggested in this thread. Visual recreation of my process: First, I've made sure the Bodyslide executable is set to "Create files in mod instead of overwrite" for the CBBE output. I've done the same for the Output Path within Bodyslide's settings: I've filtered the groups to be "3BBB", set the Outfit/Body and Preset to what I want, and selected "Build Morphs": Within Batch Build, I've selected the slider sets I want built, then hit Build: Finally, I hit the actual main "Build" button. Despite all this, the morph sliders simply will not work in game; they don't seem to adjust anything. The slider for weight does appropriately slide between the 0 weight/100 weight options, but anything in the "CBBE 3BA morphs" category don't work. Any input or help would be greatly appreciated, I feel like I'm going a bit crazy having been at this issue for two days now 😅 My biggest suspicions are some mod order issue or some file not being somewhere, but I just don't know where to look next. modlist output.txt Edited yesterday at 01:37 AM by FloralIlia added one other bit of troubleshooting i tried
IBAGadget Posted yesterday at 08:51 AM Posted yesterday at 08:51 AM First problem I can see - you built to a preset body shape that you zeroed all the sliders on. This is going to build one set shape. If you want the adjustability (especially if you are going to be using OBody), you need to build everything to the 'Zeroed Sliders' body preset. The other 3BA presets (CBBE Curvy, CBBE Slim, etc) are there to give you a base starting point for building your own presets without having to do as much manipulation of the sliders in BS. You also mention HIMBO - are you playing a male character? if so, 3BA will have no effect on it as they are two completely different bodies. Your best bet would be to do a search for any guides on using BS with MO2 and how the output patch should be properly set up.

Going point by point as unfortunately it's still not resolved: Quote First problem I can see - you built to a preset body shape that you zeroed all the sliders on. This is going to build one set shape. I just tried and used a preset that has the sliders adjusted to different spots on both the low weight and high weight versions as suggested, but that's again only made it so that the in game weight slider adjusts between them; none of the morphs under the "CBBE 3BA" category do anything in game like I had working previously. Quote If you want the adjustability (especially if you are going to be using OBody), you need to build everything to the 'Zeroed Sliders' body preset. For 'Zeroed Sliders'; I tried a new build to the Zeroed Sliders preset, but it still didn't make the CBBE 3BA category of sliders work in game, it just applied it like any other preset. I'm also not using OBody as it wasn't listed as a requirement for any of my mods. I also don't think it's needed as again I had sliders working when I had built the wrong body, they just won't seem to work no matter what I do for the "CBBE 3BBB Amazing Body" build. Quote You also mention HIMBO - are you playing a male character? if so, 3BA will have no effect on it as they are two completely different bodies. Your best bet would be to do a search for any guides on using BS with MO2 and how the output patch should be properly set up. I'm playing a female character and trying to get the morphs working on her. The HIMBO body was built to a separate empty mod file and seems to be working fine. It's just the morphs for the female character that aren't working after being built. I followed the guide on the 3BBB page, which got the output working fine, but again, doesn't seem to work for the ingame morphs. I also tried adjusting with some steps from the HIMBO installation guide as it's far more detailed (mostly copying its method for file output path) which didn't help either. And just to be entirely clear the issue I'm referring to is the sliders within RaceMenu; the sliders work fine built in Bodyslide, but I worry that if the in game RaceMenu sliders aren't working for morphs, that it will also be the case for other mods trying to adjust those sliders (e.g. for things like breast growth). Otherwise I'd just build a preset for myself outside of game and stick with that. Any other assistance would be much appreciated 😃 Edited 17 hours ago by FloralIlia Figured out the Zeroed Sliders suggestion and tried it. Also added clarification about the specific issue at the bottom. accordingly.
FloralIlia Posted 16 hours ago Author Posted 16 hours ago (edited) Did some additional testing to confirm; none of the in game morphs are working, not just the ones in the racemenu. Did a test with a pregnancy as it's the fastest example and both breasts and belly morphs don't do anything, my character remained the same shape even at the latter end of the pregnancy. Edit for additional testing: Building "CBBE Body" as the base does have the morphs work in game, but it's obviously not the most up to date body as it's missing things like physics and the vulva sliders don't work. It's only when I build the "CBBE 3BBB Body Amazing", the more up to date body, that morphs don't work. Edited 16 hours ago by FloralIlia added additional testing info
IBAGadget Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Here is something you can try, assuming you have SSE Engine Fixes installed: Open the following file: <game folder>/SKSE/Plugins/EngineFixes.toml Change MemoryManager from 'true' to 'false' Change ScaleformAllocator from 'true' to 'false' Best to use a program like 'Notepad++' for this OBody allows you to randomly distribute Bodyslide presets to npc's in the game, including your pc. That way not everyone is stuck with the exact same body preset. It's not a requirement, but it does make for a bit of variety and better immersion. I wish Fallout 4 had something like this.......
