broken SexLabFramework v139 download?

So apparently v139 download is broken. The mod loads fine no CTD or anything but when trying to do an animation via from other mods, it doesn't do the animation and both player/npc just stand there like nothing happened. Also in the MCM menu, There are missing text for Voices, and all the animations section (check screenshot).

 

So I rolled back to v130 which worked just fine and v130 to v135 update is also fine.

 

Oh and also the Sex Diary section is weird because it says Last Sexual Encountered is recorded even though I just created the character.

I can assure you 1.39 is NOT broken. I've been using it for almost two straight weeks. Your environment is suspect.

1.38 or 1.39 added new animations, have you rerun FNIS?

Yeah I ran FNIS everytime. I also have the latest SkyUI and SKSE. I use MO when I install so it should overwrite anything from data folder if I left anything there.
