[QUESTION] Creating genital for creatures

I'm a Linux (Pop-OS distribution) and have no experience in mods creation.

I've been looking at a few different creatures (like Mihail Indriks and Guars) and wondering how difficult it is to create its genitals.

 

Things I want to know:

(1) How difficult is it to create a creature genital? 

(2) What do I need to make it work in sexlab (e.g., create file x, register it in y, overwrite mod z, ... )?
