Do sexlab to Ostim patches require Sexlab to be installed?

For example, for patches like this one: 

 

 

Is SexLab required? It lists that dependencies of the original are required (which would include SexLab) but wouldn't that throw off OStim?

No. The latest versions of the Prison Alternative mods and its add-ons do have Sexlab as a soft dependency, so you're misinformed.

All of my patches sans the patch for Sanguine Debauchery do not require Sexlab. I don't know and can not answer to any other patch.
